Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) is a key aspect to maintenance of your property. A specifically designed PPM program ensures regular maintenance checks and adopts a reactive approach. Checking equipment on a regular basis, you are more likely to catch small things and repair them before they later become larger issues, avoiding costly breakdown repairs.
We provide comprehensive PPM packages according to unit type. The packages include compliance inspections, tests, repairs and replacement of equipment.
